Hello Bride & Groom to be!
Your wedding is coming up quickly! I’m honored to be working with you and capturing your special day! Here are a couple tips to help your day run as smooth as possible.
Give your photography timeline to everyone in your wedding party so they know when and where they need to be.
Don’t forget to have your items gathered and all together prior to my arrival. The invitation, RSVP card and unsealed envelopes are the most forgotten, so make sure to bring those! Here is a list of items to collect:
Her Ring & Band
Brides Dress & Veil
Invitations w/ Unsealed Envelopes
Bouquet and Extra Florals
His Letter or Gifts
Have mom and bridesmaids get in their dresses prior to you getting in yours.
If you are having a First Look with your dad make sure he doesn’t enter the venue until we are ready for him. Put someone in charge of communicating with him.
Assign someone to putting on the boutonniere and fold pocket squares prior to portraits. See photos for instructions.
Have the wedding party leave all belongings behind when taking portraits to help speed things up. Make sure the guys have nothing in their front pockets.
When walking down the aisle, don’t look down. Look at me, each other, or the guests but don’t look at the ground.
At the end of your ceremony try for a 3 second kiss. If it feels right, go in for a quick second kiss.
Make sure all family members know where they need to go for family pictures prior to the ceremony.
Last but certainly not least, ENJOY your day! I can promise you that things will go wrong but none of those things change the fact that this will be the best day of your life.
I cannot wait to celebrate your day with you! Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have!
